We want to give you the best service we can and that means performing the calibration, upgrade and repair services you need to keep your instruments running in top condition at a time that suits you. We recognize that Out of Service time is time when you cannot get the productivity you need from your instruments so we want to minimize our Turn Around Time when we perform a service for you. One of the areas that causes needless delays is that instruments often arrive with no warning and no documentation on what is required - this leads to time spent on the telephone while the instrument cannot be serviced.
We are now providing a new service that allows you to pre-register your service event with us Before your instrument leaves your shop. We will book the instrument into our schedule for a particular day and issue a Return Job Authorization number for you to add to your documentation with the instrument. When we receive an instrument with a Job number we can get right on with the job requested, as the job is already set up, and you can get your valuable instrument back in service with the minimum delay.
